Refer a property owner to us, and we  immediately send out a $200 check to you or your company when the owner decides to do business with us. No need to wait on it being rented we want to show our appreciation for your efforts right away! Also, you can still list and sell the property later with no fee, referral, fine print, or strings attached later, when the time comes to sell it.
